Downloading projects
1. Which projects can I download?
You can download any project created in the nDesigner editor or designed in an external graphics program and submitted by the uploader. This applies to all photo products available in our range.
2. When can I download a project?
Projects are available for download for 30 days after your order has been completed (once the basket status changes to "Sent").
3. How do I download a project?
There are two ways to download your project:
Click the “Download” button available within the order details in your Basket
Use the link sent in the email titled “Your Basket Has Been Packed”
4. How do I save the project?
When you click the Download button, a link is generated that remains active for 1 hour. After that time, the link will expire and must be regenerated.
Clicking the button will open a new browser tab, displaying a popup where you can choose a folder and save the file to your computer.
5. What format is the project downloaded in?
Projects are downloaded as a .zip archive. Inside, you'll find .jpg files.
Exceptions:
Photo Calendar Basic and Softcover Photo Books are downloaded as PDF files.
6. Does the downloaded project include the product cover?
Yes, all downloads include both the content pages and the cover files - regardless of whether you click “Download” next to the cover or the inside pages.
Note: For Photo Books Basic, the cover file also includes a barcode with the original order number.
7. Can I reuse downloaded files for a new order?
In most cases, yes. The downloaded files match our design templates, so they can be used again for a new order.
However, before doing so, please check:
-That there are no white borders
-That the cropping and alignment are correct
⚠️ Important:
For Photo Books Basic and Pro, the downloaded pages include bleeds with registration marks. To reuse these, you’ll need to place them onto the correct template and re-crop them accordingly.
