Order Status

Before your order is shipped, it will need to go through a number of stages. Each of these stages corresponds with an order status. You can check the status of your order in the Trade Area under Order History  Additionally, we will be emailing you about each order status update.

Pending for verification: Your order is being verified by our specialists. Upon approval, your order will be automatically sent to production.
Processing: This means that your order is being processed and your product is the very capable hands of our artisans.
On hold: Looks like there is an issue with one of your products. Detailed information concerning the issue will be explained in an email.
Sent: Your order has been shipped. You will be emailed the tracking information.
