nPhoto Order Production Times
Check the current production times for nPhoto photo products. The day you place your order counts as day zero, and production time is counted from the next working day.

Current nPhoto production times
Below you will find the current production times for our photo products. The table shows the estimated production time for each product, including prints, photo books and all other products available at nPhoto.
Production times may change depending on the current workload in our production, so we keep them up to date on this page.
How is production time calculated?
We accept orders with all the required files every working day until 5 pm CET (4 pm UK time).
- If you place your order on a working day before 5 pm CET, production time is counted from the next working day.
- If you place your order on a working day after 5 pm CET, we treat it as if it had been placed on the next working day.
- If you place your order on a non-working day, the next working day counts as day zero.
When does production time start?
Production time is counted from the next working day after we receive your complete order.
Example: an order placed on Monday before 5 pm CET goes into production on Tuesday. Production time depends on the type of photo product ordered and the current time shown in the table.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the photo product you choose and the current workload in our production. You will find detailed production times for each product in the table above.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship your order once all the photo products in your basket have been produced. If your order contains products with different production times, it is shipped according to the product with the longest production time.
Example: if one order contains Prints and a Photo Album, it will be shipped according to the production time of the Photo Album, because it takes longer to produce.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time must be added to the production time of your photo products. Together, production and delivery make up the total time needed to produce your photo products and for the courier to deliver your parcel.
