FAQ
Are your prices visible to the public? Will my photography clients be able to see pricing?
Our prices are NOT visible to the public. Only registered and verified clients have access to our full website including pricing. It's always been this way. Your clients cannot order product on their own from our website, you will need to gather their preferences and place the order as well as design the product for them. However, if you use a service such as Pic-Time, your clients can order from there.
Can you drop ship directly to my clients?
You can select to have your product shipped directly to your client we don't include paper invoices in packages. Your invoice is emailed to you unless you select otherwise. Most photographers ship the product to their studio and have the client pick-up the product or deliver it to them in person.
How to order products?
Make sure you're a registered client and log in. Access the nShop from the Customer Area (the big green button labeled 'nShop'). Select your base product and follow the steps to finalise your selection. Once you add the product to the cart you'll need to design your product. Click on the 'Order' button and follow the steps to complete the ordering process.

How to design a Photo Album?
Select and customise your product from the nShop and add it to your cart. From there select 'Design Project Online', you will be redirected to the nDesigner Pro, our free online designing software where you can design your product in minutes.
What is the minimum and maximum spread count?
For Photo Albums (layflat, rigid paged) the minimum number of spreads is 5 (10 pages) and the maximum is 40 (80 pages). For DreamBooks 4K (semi-layflat, soft paged) the minimum number of pages is 20 and the maximum is 120 pages. For Photo Books Pro (non-layflat soft paged) the minimum number of pages is 20 and the maximum is 120 pages.
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround is 8 business days. 4 days for production and 4 days for delivery. Changes to turnaround due to peak season as well as any unforeseen circumstances will be posted on our website as well as on our Facebook Community UK and Facebook Community USA pages.
Can I add my own logo on products? How to do it?
Yes! In the nShop, when customising your product select 'Text on cover - front' and then any of the presented methods of personalisation: Laser Etch, UV Print, Stamp. Make sure to select 'Self-made Pattern' and follow the instructions provided.
What is the difference between Photo Albums and Photo Books?
There are a few differences in these products that can be seen at first glance. The binding for instance, pictured below. And a number of other features mentioned on page 7 of the nPhoto Journal. Free PDF available in the Customer area under E-Book Library.
