FAQ
Why is the pricing not openly disclosed?
We value the confidentiality of photographers who use our services; you set the pricing for your packages. To supplement this, pricing will only become visible after signing up and getting verified as a photographer on our website.
What’s the shipping/turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time comes to about 8-10 business days, depending on the size of your order, your location and the shipping provider selected. Please bear in mind that production times for orders made during the holiday season may change depending on our workload.
Can you ship directly to my clients? Will there be an invoice?
Yes we can! Simply state the client’s address in our checkout menu when placing an order. By default, no physical pricing documentation will be sent alongside your orders, unless selected otherwise in your account’s settings.
How do I design my Christmas products?
Once a typical product is added to your cart, you will be able to choose one of two options; the online designer and the uploader. The designer allows you to create page designs from scratch, using individual photos. The uploader will allow you to send pre-designed pages or spreads, should you use another designing software such as Fundy or Albumstomp.
Can I personalise my products?
nPhoto products offer a multitude of customisation options, including those selected for our Christmas offer. For instance, you may add custom designs, text, cutout windows or even gilding to your cover, depending on the product.
Are there any studio sample offers?
We frequently provide significant promotional discounts for studio samples - and if there is a particular product you’d like a sample of, you can always reach out to one of our account managers who’d be able to let you know if the product you’re looking for is taking part in any ongoing sample deals.
Will there be a Christmas sale?
You can take advantage of our annual Christmas promotion, where we provide discounts for a selection of full, non-sample products best suited for your holiday packages!
