About Dreamprints
DreamPrints are created using inkjet printing technology on the revolutionary Canon DreamLabo 5000 machine, which guarantees the highest quality and precision. This photographic printer features 7 inks, extending the basic CMYK colour system. Additional inks - cyan, photographic magenta, and gray - expand the colour scale, enabling more faithful colour reproduction, especially for cool grays, deep blacks, and natural skin tones. They also ensure smoother tonal transitions, more vibrant colours, and better reproduction of fine details, patterns, and textures.
DreamPrints are available on three types of paper:
- Canon Gloss 285 g/m²: A glossy paper with a perfectly smooth texture and high shine, offering enhanced colour vibrancy, very deep blacks, and cool grays. It is stiff and highly resistant to fading. Its high contrast sharpens every detail and edge. Photos printed on glossy paper using the Canon DreamLabo 5000 inkjet technology appear more spatial and vivid.
- Canon Luster 260 g/m²: A semi-gloss paper with low light reflection and a medium-grain texture (between silk and PRO matte), resistant to fingerprints. It preserves a high level of detail in shadows while allowing for the reproduction of a broad colour palette. It is excellent for rendering pastel and subdued colours.
- Canon Deep Matte 240 g/m²: Extremely matte, fully absorbing light. Soft and pleasant to the touch thanks to its velvety coating, providing a smooth finish. It is an ideal choice for soft, delicate, and pastel photo sessions.
We understand how valuable your time is, which is why we pack your sessions separately! Simply add them to your cart as individual orders, and we’ll place each one in its own cardboard box. Each box holds up to 100 DreamPrints, so if your order contains more photos, we’ll divide them into two or more boxes. Rest assured, DreamPrints from different sessions will never be mixed together.
For DreamPrints and prints, we also offer a colour correction service, which is available for an additional fee.
Backprint on Dreamprints
On the back of the DreamPrints, we add a so-called "backprint".
A backprint is more than just a string of characters on the back of your photos. It provides information that will help you quickly and efficiently organize your prints. Each backprint includes:
- Our production name
- 16 characters with your project/session name (this can be set in the shopping cart)
- 25 characters with the file name (the character count includes spaces).
These labels make it easier to sort prints for your clients. Read the backprint markings and save time.
Additional Print
Every pack of prints includes one extra print marked with a barcode. Depending on the season, these prints feature themed designs such as holiday, spring, or winter motifs and typically include universal thank-you messages. What to do with these promotional prints? You can gift them to your clients! Simply remove the barcode and include the print with their orders for a thoughtful touch.
