Le service commercial contacte les photographes directement ou par téléphone ou par e-mail. Il aide à établir des relations positives et à long terme avec nos clients actuels et à chercher activement de nouveaux contacts. L'équipe s'occupe des clients nPhoto dès le début de la coopération, à partir du moment de l'inscription dans notre système, jusqu'à la première commande, et jusqu'au service après-vente. Ils sont toujours heureux d'aider, de soutenir, d'expliquer et de guider à travers les différents processus de vente et de conception.

Our work with photographers is about partnership and business collaboration. Our Sales team not only helps clients with current offers but also listens to photographers’ ideas and does market research in order to grow our brand based on their real needs and expectations.

We are constantly improving our offer and expanding markets, so it is important for us to acquire new customers. Together with the Marketing department, our salespeople try to reach photographers with whom we have not established cooperation yet.

PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS
PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS

Our Sales team actively participates in industry meetings for photographers both in large events or fairs as well as smaller meetings and workshops. These types of events are always a good opportunity to meet our customers in person. It is a nice change and we really appreciate such meetings because usually we contact by phone or e-mail.
