WHAT DO WE DO IN NPHOTO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Customer Service handles everything that is related to orders. The team receives orders, checks them, and makes sure they are complete and done correctly and that they meet all the requirements. It is also responsible for watching over payments, shipments, and customer contacts.
Customer Service provides photographers with all necessary knowledge about our company’s offer, order realization, product shipment, and design tools. They can answer any question and solve any problem related to production processes.
Customer Service deals with customer complaints and tries to solve problems as quickly as possible. The team also keeps a complaints register which helps us to maintain high-quality standards and eliminate any possible errors.
