Cut-out Windows - Update

Selected cut-out windows to be discontinued

As you most probably have seen, our product offer is substantial. We are constantly expanding our offer with new products and customisastion options. Having a variety of personalisation options to choose from may sometimes be overwhelming, that’s why we’re here to help. We are discontinuing the least popular cut-out windows in our flagship products, the Complete Album Set and Photo Albums. As of August 1^st, 2021 you’ll only have a selection of trending and most popular cut-out windows available to personalise products with.

Which cut-out windows are being discontinued?
Just the least popular ones, shown below.

* T10 window will continue to be available in the White Lady collection as it is an integral part of the ready-made cover pattern

My client selected one of these windows for their cover. What now? 

No worries! You’ll still be able to place orders for the cut-out windows shown above for the next four months (until November 30, 2021). Projects containing these windows will need to be placed as non-standard orders. We have a four-month transition period, so if you have already placed an order for one of these cut-out windows, we can fulfill it until November 30, 2021, at no additional cost to you.

 
You can request a non-standard order by emailing customerservice@nphoto.com. After November 30, 2021, non-standard orders for discontinued cut-out windows will incur an additional charge.
