Important - Christmas Deadlines 2019 


If you would like your orders to reach you before Christmas, and in time to deliver to clients, make sure to place your order by 5 pm GMT,  Wednesday, December 11th, 2019 (planned shipping date Monday, December 16th, 2019). 

Any changes made to orders, may extend production time.  All orders need to be complete (must have correct file size, number of files etc.) and require no further assistance from Customer Service. 

Incomplete or incorrect orders as well as orders placed after Wednesday, December 11th, 2019 (5 pm GMT) and orders placed on Thursday, December 12th, 2019 will be sent out Wednesday, December 27th, 2019 and also do not have guaranteed delivery before the Holidays.

 

IMPORTANT: We strongly advise you to place your orders in plenty of time and not to wait until the Christmas deadlines.

As of Monday, December 2nd, 2019 to Tuesday, January 7th, 2020 production time for photo products may (but does not have to be) extended one business day, depending on the number of orders. While prints will have production extended to 4 business days.

 

November 18th, 2019 - January 7th, 2020

  • As always, express production will not be available

 

December 3rd, 2019 - January 7th, 2020 

  • Non-standard orders will not be accepted*
  • Ordering Demo products will not be available
  • separating orders will not be possible

*all non-standard orders will be taken into consideration individually
 

Turnaround for Photo Calendars Basic will not change. They will be produced as always, in 24h. 
 

December 24 - 26, 2019 nPhoto offices will be closed for Christmas.
December 31, 2019 and January 1, 2020 nPhoto offices will be closed for New Years.
